Henri deLozier and Tony Ciconte of Columbia Country Club, winners of the 1980 Belle Haven Four Ball amateur golf tournament, shot a one-under-par 71 yesterday to share a five-way tie in the opening qualifying round of the 1982 tournament.

Playing in two-man teams with the best ball on each hole being scored, deLozier and Ciconte shared the lead with Glen Barrett of Penderbrook and Bob Gardner of South Reston; Joseph Berry Jr. of River Bend and Weldon Mathis of Bethesda; David Cohn of Bethesda and Greg Carpousis of Army Navy, and Noel Caruso of Whitemarsh Valley Country Club in Philadelphia and Steve Savor of Alcoma Country Club in Cheswick, Pa.

Six teams were tied at 72 and one team shot a 73.

After shooting a 35 on the front nine, deLozier and Ciconte followed a bogey on the 10th hole with birdies on 12 and 13, only to bogey No. 14 for a par 36 on the back nine.

Qualifying rounds will continue today as 72 more teams play 18 holes before the field is cut to 64 for match competition Saturday and Sunday.

The 15 low-scoring teams will compete in the championship flight with last year's winners, Randy Morris of Washingtonian Country Club and Brian Willard of Congressional Country Club.
