Vice President George Bush and five members of the Washington Redskins are among those to receive awards at the Touchdown Club's 48th annual black tie dinner tonight at the Sheraton Washington Hotel.

A reception will be held in the hotel foyer at 6 p.m. followed by dinner at 7 p.m.

Bush will accept the "Mr. Sam" award respecting the memory of the late Congressman Samuel Rayburn of Texas. Redskins Coach Joe Gibbs, kicker Mark Moseley, quarterback Joe Theismann, running back John Riggins and defensive tackle Dave Butz will accept team awards. Touchdown Club Awards
