USFL rules will differ from the NFL's in the following ways:

(1) The USFL will have a two-point conversion option.

(2) USFL kickers will be able to use a flat kicking tee for field goals.

(3) A 10-yard penalty will be assessed for unintentional defensive pass interference. In the NFL, there is no deliniation between intentional and unintentional pass interference; the offense gets a first down at the point of infraction. Dates
