Colbert, 43, has a 36-hole total of 130, 10 shots under par. "That 65 just kind of snuck up on me," Colbert said, then grinned. "Of course, when you make two on a four par, that tends to help a little."
Mark O'Meara and former Texas Open champion Ron Streck shared second at 133 . . .
British Open champion Seve Ballesteros shot a six-under-par 66 for a two-stroke lead after two rounds in the $140,000 Lancome Trophy tournament in Breteche, France . . .
At Woburn, England, Ayako Okamoto posted a three-under-par 70 third round for an 11-stroke lead in the $200,000 Women's British Open . . .
Jim Fitzgerald, Steve Ranney, Paul Ryan and Nick Nikas shot one-over-par 72s and shared first in a Middle Atlantic PGA Pro-am at International. It was the first time this year that a pro-am has been won by a score over par. It was the first victory of the season for all but Fitzgerald.
