Basketball Weekly picked its all-America team: Patrick Ewing of Georgetown, Wayman Tisdale of Oklahoma, Chris Mullin of St. John's, Keith Lee of Memphis State and Kenny Walker of Kentucky.

Second team: Sam Vincent of Michigan State, Xavier McDaniel of Wichita State, Len Bias of Maryland, Southern Methodist's Jon Koncak and Syracuse's Dwayne Washington.

Third team: Roy Tarpley of Michigan, Alfredrick Hughes of Loyola (Ill.), A.C. Green of Oregon State, Mark Price of Georgia Tech and Johnny Dawkins of Duke . . .

A state legislator, saying he's fed up with Bob Knight's tantrums, wants the Indiana House to censure Knight, who coaches Indiana University's basketball team.

Rep. Dean R. Mock said he prepared the Knight resolution a month ago "and I was just waiting for another incident. I knew I wouldn't have to wait long. This chair-throwing incident was a dandy."

He said he probably wouldn't introduce the resolution until next week. "I don't see how anybody can vote against it," he said. "If they do, it means they're for unsportsmanlike conduct" . . .

Tickets for the semifinals and final of the 1986 NCAA Tournament will go on sale today. The 1986 Final Four is scheduled March 29 and 31 at Reunion Arena in Dallas.

The rules: Applications must be received no later than April 15, 1985. Cashier's checks and money orders must be made out to "1986 Final Four." Applications must be for both the semifinal and championship dates. Limit: four tickets. The cost of the combined ticket (covering both dates) is $46.
