Eastern Figure Skating Championships -- Lily Lee of Alexandria won the junior ladies event and qualified for the National Novice title. Ann Marie and Brian Wells of Potomac placed third in junior pairs and reached the nationals. Barbara and Peter Buch of Silver Spring finished fourth in the championship dance and also qualfied. Jeremie Weiss of Silver Spring won the intermediate ladies title. Paul Dulebohn of Germantown, Md., won the overall competition in intermediate men, and his younger brother, Philip, finished eighth overall. SERVICE

There will be a memorial service for Dan McCoubrey on Wednesday at the Sacred Heart Church, 16th Street and Park Road NW, at 7 p.m. McCoubrey, a sports copy editor for The Washington Post, died last Tuesday.
