Junior forward Karen Jordan's basket with 42 seconds left gave William and Mary the lead for the first time in the second half today and the Indians went on to beat Navy, 58-53.

Jordan's basket was her fourth in the last 5 1/2 minutes of the game as she rallied William and Mary from a 51-44 deficit to its fourth win in 16 starts. She finished with a game-high 14 points.

Navy (8-8) was led by senior center Lori Reynolds, who had 13 points and 11 rebounds. Michele Daley and Christi Simpson each had 10 points for the Midshipmen. Connecticut 74, Georgetown 57
