The Green Bay Packers are activating kicker Max Zendejas, who flopped with the 1986 Washington Redskins, and deactivating Al Del Greco for Sunday's game in Seattle. Del Greco almost beat Chicago with a 47-yard field goal last weekend -- Kevin Butler's 52-yarder for the Bears trumped it for a 26-24 win -- but he missed two of three and is just five of 10 for the season. Zendejas was seven for seven during the strike season . . .

St. Louis Circuit Judge James Sanders dismissed a suit filed by city officials in an effort to keep the NFL Cardinals at Busch Stadium until the team's lease expires in 1996. The suit was dismissed "without prejudice," meaning it could be refiled later.
