ProServ, Inc. has filed a suit against Ivan Lendl, the world's top-ranked player, for breach of contract and is seeking fees and damages. The Washington-based management group also is seeking an injunction to prevent Lendl from signing with Spectrum Sports, Inc., the company Lendl announced in December he would form, or any other management group.
