MIRROR IMAGES?: The Indians' Jesse Orosco needed just three pitches to ruin Ozzie Canseco's debut with the Athletics yesterday.
"It was great to hear the fans cheer for me," Canseco said after striking out. "I hope they keep it up. I realize I'm going to be here for only a couple of weeks, so I'm going to enjoy myself."
Twin brother Jose Canseco homered twice in the game, then told reporters he'll beat out Cecil Fielder of the Tigers for the homer title.
"I guarantee you, I would have caught Fielder by now if I wasn't out for so long," Jose said. "I think the home run leader this year might have to hit 50 home runs."
Ozzie hit 19 for the Huntsville Stars before joining the A's yesterday.
