Infielders Mariano Duncan and Gene Larkin, pitcher Calvin Schiraldi and outfielder Dave Clark agreed to contracts, leaving 131 players remaining in salary arbitration.

Larkin, who made $228,000 in 1990, got a two-year deal with the Twins worth $1,675,000. Duncan agreed to a one-year contract with the Reds worth $925,000, a $525,000 raise.

Schiraldi and the Padres agreed to a one-year contract for $740,000, a raise of $140,000, and Clark agreed to a one-year deal with the Cubs worth $350,000, up $155,000. . . .

The Baltimore Orioles have signed pitchers Mike Linskey and David Martinez to one-year contracts. Linskey was 14-10 in the Orioles' system in 1990, including 7-1 with a 1.47 ERA for Class AA Hagerstown and 7-9 with a 3.58 ERA for Class AAA Rochester.

Martinez was acquired along with pitcher Mike Hook from the White Sox for infielder-outfielder Dave Gallagher in December. Martinez was 6-12 last year -- 0-6 with a 4.72 ERA for Class A Palm Springs and 6-6 with a 5.17 ERA for Class AA Midland. . . .
