Alisa Burras scored 10 of Cleveland's first 12 points and finished with 20 as the Rockers routed the Charlotte Sting, 82-56, last night in Cleveland.
The Rockers nailed down their third victory in 12 games by producing a 15-0 run midway through the first half to lead 31-6.
Cleveland made 18 of 31 shots (58 percent) to lead 47-19 at the half. The Sting (5-7) made only 25 percent (7 of 28) of their shots in the first half.
Burras sank 10 of 14 shots and also was Cleveland's top rebounder with seven. The Rockers outrebounded the Sting 42-19.
Eva Nemcova and Michelle Edwards each scored 12 points for the Rockers.
Andrea Stinson paced Charlotte with 17 points and Rhonda Mapp added 12.
The Rockers avenged a 75-62 loss to Charlotte Wednesday night.
* MIRACLE 62, STARZZ 56: Nykesha Sales scored 21 points and Carla McGhee grabbed a crucial offensive rebound in the closing seconds as Orlando stopped Utah's three-game winning streak.
Natalie Williams scored 11 points in a 19-7 run as Utah took a 42-37 lead with 14 minutes 39 seconds left. Williams finished with 23 points and 12 rebounds.
But Sales tied the game at 42 with a three-pointer, and Shannon Johnson's three-pointer put Orlando up for good with 11:51 remaining.
Orlando held a 58-56 lead with 21 seconds left when Taj McWilliams missed the second of two free throws, but McGhee pulled down the offensive rebound. She was fouled and made a pair of shots from the line.
The Miracle hit 15 of 28 free throws in the contest, but 5 of 6 in the final 21.6 seconds after Adrianne Goodson pulled the Starzz to 57-56.
Orlando improved to 7-5 and moved within a game of first-place New York in the Eastern Conference. Utah fell to 5-7.
