Maryland--Freshman QB Calvin McCall named Atlantic Coast Conference rookie of the week for the second straight week.

Navy--Sophomore MF-F Becky Murphy was named Patriot League soccer offensive player of the week. . . . Senior rower Colin Young was named to the 1999 U.S. Rowing collegiate honor roll for his excellence in academics and rowing. Young maintains a 3.31 GPA in systems engineering and is a member of the Navy men's heavyweight crew team.
