Shaquille O'Neal had 34 points, 18 rebounds and 8 blocked shots in his most dominating game this season as the visiting Los Angeles Lakers beat the Phoenix Suns, 91-82, last night.
O'Neal, in his second game back from a one-game suspension for his fight with Charles Barkley, made 6 of 10 free throws in the final quarter.
The Suns didn't double-team O'Neal most of the night, leaving Luc Longley or Oliver Miller to try to guard him one-on-one. O'Neal shot 14 for 27.
"I wasn't in the paint most of the night, and they didn't have 18 fouls to give like some teams," O'Neal said. "I just hit the shots they wanted me to take. They didn't really double me. That was nice."
