Catholic--RB Andrew Notarfrancesco was selected to the Football Gazette all-South Region first team. WR Mike Hunter, LB Brian Hee and G Tim McCarthy were selected to the second team. DL Richard Change and return specialist James Parker were third-team selections.

Marymount--Senior outside hitter Jenny Baize was selected first-team all-state in volleyball by the Virginia Sports Information Directors. Junior hitter Suzanne Dougherty was chosen to the second team.

Navy--Senior C Terrence Anderson, senior PK Tim Shubzda and junior S Chris Lepore named to College Football News all-independent team. Anderson also named to academic all-American second team.

Shepherd--Senior OL Jay Green (Wilde Lake), senior DB Chris Alcala (Loudoun County), junior DE Chris Field (Severn) and sophomore DB Tyron Shelby (Eleanor Roosevelt) named to all-West Virginia Intercollegiate Athletic Conference football first team. Senior LB Mike Pitts (St. James), junior DB Keith Jefferson (Atholton) and freshman PK Kevin Burkey (Urbana) selected as honorable mentions.
