Cavaliers rookie G Trajan Langdon, who has played in just 10 games this season, will undergo arthroscopic surgery on his right knee next week in Los Angeles.

Langdon, drafted by the Cavs with the 11th overall pick in last year's NBA draft, will undergo surgery on Wednesday, the club said.

Steve Lombardo, who has operated on Langdon's left knee, will perform the procedure. Langdon had surgery on his left knee while he was at Duke.

Langdon is scheduled to return to Cleveland on Friday to begin his rehabilitation.

He is averaging 4.9 points in 14.5 minutes per game.

* MOVES: The Hawks activated F Roshown McLeod, who had missed 23 games because of a strained groin muscle, and placed rookie G Dion Glover on the injured list. McLeod, who has not played since Dec. 7, averaged 8.7 points in 16 games.

Glover, chosen 20th in the draft, will continue rehabilitation on his left knee, which was operated on 15 months ago while he was at Georgia Tech. He has played in seven games, averaging 2.9 points. . . . G Rick Brunson (bone spurs, right foot) was activated by the Knicks, and C Andrew Lang (strained left hamstring) was placed on the injured list.
