The three-year starter was named the most valuable player in the Denbigh Holiday Classic after leading Flowers to the tournament title. In victories over Landstown, then-No. 10 Herndon and Princess Anne in the tournament final, the 6-foot-1 guard averaged 21 points and 5.7 assists per game. Since losing its first game of the season, Flowers (6-1) has reeled off a school-record six straight victories to match its win total from last season, its first playing varsity basketball.
