Molly Ryan, Potomac School

The sophomore center has tallied 39 points her past two outings, including 20 points in the Panthers' 50-37 win over Madeira, the team's first victory this season. Ryan has scored nine or more points in every game this season.

Kim Franklin, South Lakes

The junior guard poured in 37 points in two games last week, including a season-high 23 in a 62-47 win against Annandale, a game the Seahawks trailed at halftime before outscoring the Atoms 38-17 in the final two quarters.

Tiffany Green, Washington-Lee

The junior guard has scored 54 points over the past three games -- including eight three-pointers -- for the National District contenders.

Flint Hill

Since losing its first game to Notre Dame Academy on Dec. 3, Flint Hill (10-1, 7-0 ISL A) has won 10 in a row. No player is averaging double figures, but six players have had 13 or more points in 10 games. Freshman center Katia Bratishko scored a season-high 16 points in Flint Hill's 50-35 victory over Georgetown Day on Friday, which gave the Huskies a one-game lead in the conference. Senior point guard Tamdan Vo leads the team in scoring with 9.1 points per game, and senior guard Amanda Whitfield follows with 8.5 ppg.

Osbourn Park

The Yellow Jackets (4-7) entered Cedar Run District play on a five-game losing streak but have won all three of their league games to surge into first place. Their first two district victories came in dramatic fashion -- 58-51 over Stonewall Jackson in overtime and 36-35 over Potomac on a basket off a steal in the final seconds. Osbourn Park rounded out its first-half sweep of the Cedar Run District with a 48-36 win over Osbourn. Junior guards Sarah Thompson (10.6 ppg) and Erin Myers (10.4 ppg) and senior forward Kat Rippe (9.1 ppg) lead the team in scoring.
