Kelly Miller regained her shooting touch quickly.
A game after struggling mightily against Charlotte, Miller made all of her three-point attempts, including one with 0.6 of a second left last night that gave the Indiana Fever a 69-68 victory over the Detroit Shock in Auburn Hills, Mich.
"It felt really good," said Miller, who was 2 of 11 against the Sting on Saturday. "It's exciting to hit a shot like that to beat a team like Detroit."
Miller inbounded the ball to Tamika Catchings, who drove to the basket before flipping the ball back to Miller on the left baseline for the game-winner.
Deanna Nolan's long shot at the buzzer bounced off the rim for Detroit (7-7), the defending WNBA champion but loser of three straight.
Catchings led the Fever (8-6) with 19 points and Miller added 17. Swin Cash had 17 points for Detroit.
