Ciccone rushed for 87 yards on 12 carries to lead all rushers for the Purple Raiders (5-0, 4-0). Hanley had four catches for 76 yards, and Bugara had three for 34 yards.

Marietta (3-2, 2-2) mustered just 123 yards of offense, including 23 net yards rushing on 30 attempts.

The Purple Raiders' last regular season loss was a 23-10 setback on Oct. 15, 1994, at home against Baldwin-Wallace. Since then, they have gone 126-4, with six 14-0 seasons. The only losses came in the NCAA quarterfinals in 1994, the semifinals in 1995 and 1999 and the championship game last season.
