All four players are currently starting, and Davis is having a breakthrough season.

Maryland: DB Chris Choice (E. Roosevelt), LB Reggie Holmes (Bowie), LB Shawne Merriman (Douglass), TE Brad Schell (Paint Branch).

Merriman, by far the standout of the class, was a first-round NFL draft pick last April.

Virginia Tech: RB Mike Imoh (Robinson), OL Brandon Gore (Liberty).

Imoh is in his second season as a starter.

Virginia: LB Ahmad Brooks (Hylton), DL Keenan Carter (Potomac, Va.), DB Stefan Orange (Culpeper)

Brooks is very highly regarded but has been bothered by injury.

Wimbush is the only player to have played.
