Atlanta at Carolina: The Falcons (7-4) trail the Panthers by one game in the NFC South after beating the Lions, 27-7, on Thanksgiving day. The Panthers (8-3) were behind most of the game against the Bills before Jake Delhomme completed a three-yard touchdown pass to Michael Gaines with 2 minutes 16 seconds to play in a 13-9 win.

Dallas at New York Giants: The winner will have a one-game lead in the NFC East, but should the Cowboys (7-4) triumph, they would have a two-game lead in the division because they will have swept the Giants. Dallas is coming off a 24-21 overtime loss to the Denver Broncos on Thanksgiving day. New York (7-4) lost to Seattle, 24-21, in overtime after kicker Jay Feely missed three field goals.

Cincinnati at Pittsburgh: The Bengals are tied for the third-best record in the AFC at 8-3 after a 42-29 victory over the Ravens. Quarterback Carson Palmer threw for 302 yards and three touchdowns, and wide receiver T.J. Houshmandzadeh had nine catches for 147 yards and one touchdown. The Steelers (7-3) trail Cincinnati by a half-game and play the unbeaten Indianapolis Colts tonight.

Carolina and Jake Delhomme take aim at Atlanta next week.
