Combined sacks for two former Cardinals: Tennessee's Kyle Vanden Bosch (10.5) and Tampa Bay's Simeon Rice (nine).

$1,000

Amount Jake Plummer donates to charity in former teammate Pat Tillman's name for every touchdown Plummer throws. Typically for the Cardinals, their worst week this year may have been their bye week. On Oct. 16, while the Cardinals relaxed (the regular Sunday routine, really), some of their former players had huge games.

Broncos quarterback Jake Plummer threw for 262 yards and two touchdowns in a win over New England. Bucs running back Michael Pittman rushed for 127 yards in a win over Miami. Bears running back Thomas Jones rushed for two touchdowns in a win over Minnesota. Ricky Proehl caught the winning touchdown for Carolina against Detroit. Of all the former players, Plummer has made the most strides. He went eight-plus games without an interception this year. Plummer also has visited Walter Reed Army Medical Center and has met with families of victims of the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks. His former teammate, Pat Tillman, was killed in Afghanistan while serving in the U.S. Army.

The Broncos "are asking him to do things he's capable of doing, and they don't put him positions where he's stressed to do a lot of other things," Cowboys Coach Bill Parcells said.
