#5in5: Look how far we’ve come…

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. — #5in5 rolls from West Palm Beach today north towards Orlando, but it’s already been quite a trip. Where have we been? How far have we come? See below:

Total miles traveled since Friday night: 1,414 miles.

Places visited: Miami; Delray Beach, Boca Raton, Ft. Pierce and Stuart, Fla.

Gas prices: $3.79 for a gallon of regular unleaded in Pompano Beach, Fla.

Where have I eaten?: Chicken and Caribbean BBQ ribs at Pollo Tropical in Miami (yum); “Ropa Vieja” at Versailles Restaurant in Miami (delicious); The Lobster Po’ Boy Sandwich at Boston’s on the Beach in Delray (very meaty); the Tuna Steak Burger at The Office in Delray (incredible).
