President Obama’s remarks on student loans in Denver (Live Video and Tweets)

President Obama will make remarks on the affordability of higher education and student loans in Denver on Wednesday.

Obama is expected to announce a plan that would allow college graduates to cap federal student loan repayments at 10 percent of discretionary income starting in January, two years before the cap was due to take effect under federal law.

Easing student loan repayments is part of the president’s larger effort to create jobs and kickstart the U.S. economy.

Obama will speak from the University of Colorado in Denver at 12:45 Eastern time. Watch the live video below:
