At Saturday’s H Street NE FreshFarm Market., executive chef Wes Morton of Art and Soul will demonstrate how to make sauce Gribiche for a spring vegetable salad, 10 a.m.

At Sunday’s FreshFarm Market at Dupont Circle, Luigi Diotaiuti of Al Tiramisu will have a chef’s demo, 11 a.m.
