At Thursday’s FreshFarm Market in Penn Quarter:

Endless Summer Harvest: spicy Asian micro greens.

Garner’s Produce: asparagus; cabbage.

Mountain View Farm: veal bones; baby Red Russian kale.

Red Apron Butchery: Frank the Cart (hot dogs).

At Saturday’s FreshFarm Market in Silver Spring:

Four Seasons Nursery: vegetable starters.

Mock's Greenhouse: Green Zebra tomatoes; basil; cucumbers.

Quaker Valley Orchards: baby purple, red and blue potatoes; red and golden beets.

Spring Valley Farm and Orchard: spring onions; winter squash; kale; spinach.

At Sunday’s FreshFarm Market at Dupont Circle:

Spring Valley Farm and Orchard: asparagus; ramps.

Red Apron Butchery: rolled pancetta.

At Sunday’s Takoma Park Farmers Market:

Black Rock Orchard: heirloom tomato plants (Black Cherry, Austin’s Red Pear, Rosalita and Julia Child).

Blue Ridge Botanicals: culinary, ornamental and medicinal herb plants.

Calvert’s Gift Farm: spring mix; spinach; arugula; sorrel; pea shoots; garlic scallions; onion scallions; radishes; herbs; potted heirloom tomato transplants; herb plants.

Clear Spring Creamery: butter; Camembert; strawberry yogurt smoothies.

Gunpowder Bison and Trading Co.: ranch, skirt, flat-iron and Delmonico steaks.

Homestead Farm: micro greens; cabbage; kale; mixed greens; collard greens; Swiss chard; broccoli; lettuce; carrots; chick salad; arugula; dill; parsley.

Smith Meadows: white bean pesto.

Twin Springs Fruit Farm: Manar cucumbers; kale; arugula; red oakleaf lettuce; apples (Mutsu, Fuji, Goldrush, Nittany and Stayman).

Waterpenny Farm: spinach; kale; jars of tomato sauce; lettuce plants for the garden.


At Sunday’s FreshFarm Market at Dupont Circle, Honest Tea will do a tea tasting, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
