Gunpowder Bison and Trading Co.: sweet Italian sausage; Delmonico steak.

Keswick Creamery: a selection of aged raw-milk cheeses (Cheddar, Vermeer, Wallaby, Lesher); pasteurized fresh products (quark, whole milk ricotta, yogurt and chocolate pudding).

Smith Meadows: free-range pork, chicken, beef and lamb; watercress soup.

Twin Springs Fruit Farm: Goldrush, Fuji, Pink Lady, Cameo, Nittany, Stayman and Granny Smith apples; cider; Beauregard sweet potatoes; Bonbon and butternut winter squash; garlic; Vivaldi potatoes; greenhouse red oak-leaf lettuce, arugula, Swiss chard, kale and spinach.
