Photo of the Day: What in the world?

You guys are getting better at finding hints to figure out where in the world the photo of the day is from. Congratulations to those of you who got the correct answer yesterday.

Here is what we have today: a bunch of men doing whatever it is you call it on motorbikes. Can you tell us what and where this is happening? Here is a hint: They’re called “White Helmets.” No Googling, of course.
