As monsoon rains continue to pound Thailand, Bangkok is preparing for flooding. The country has been hit with two months of heavy rainfall, and more than 250 Thais have died as floods have swamped more than two-thirds of country. The Associated Press called it a “slow-motion catastrophe.”
