His latest stop was in Silicon Valley last week, where he was met by standing ovations at Google, the company he worked for before becoming a key member of the Egyptian uprising. However, the trip to the headquarters did not portend a new working relationship between Ghonim and the search-engine company. Ghonim wrote on Twitter shortly after his visit:
