Welcome to the one year anniversay of the Boxing Day blizzard, known locally as No-mageddon, as the snow skipped over Washington. This year, it’s not even a close call for any snow, with high pressure and sunny skies. No snow (likely) Tuesday either, just rain. Then a dry stretch begins Wednesday.
Today (Monday): Similar to Christmas Day, brilliant sunshine fills the skies, moderating the chill from a fresh northwest breeze at 10 to 15 mph. But it’s fairly brisk in the shade, so layer accordingly. Highs range from the mid-40s in the northern suburbs to 50 south of town. Confidence: High
