Nor’easter photos from snowy New York, New Jersey and Connecticut

Heavy wet snow, wind gusts over 40 mph and high seas are pounding the same regions hit hardest by Sandy last week.

Through 3 p.m. as much as 4.5 inches of snow has fallen in western Connecticut and heavy bands have set up over New Jersey and southeast New York, including New York City.
