Capitals lineup for preseason tilt against Blackhawks

There were a few tweaks to the lineup from what was on the ice yesterday, so here’s what things should look like for the Capitals in their third preseason tilt against the Chicago Blackhawks at United Center Friday night:

Jason Chimera, who was originally scheduled to suit up in Chicago, left the ice this morning becuase he “felt a little off,” according to Coach Bruce Boudreau.

“We brought extras,” Boudreau said, adding that he told Chimera to head to the dressing room. “He’ll be the first one to tell you if it was the regular season or anything, ‘I’m playing.’ There’s no sense dinking around with anything.”

Chimera’s absence gives Mattias Sjogren a second appearance this preseason. Here were the lines from this morning.
