Penguins forward Matt Cooke looks to be heading toward his fourth suspension in three seasons.

Cooke, who delivered an elbow to the face of Rangers forward Ryan McDonagh on Sunday afternoon, was given a five-minute major and ejected from the game. He is expected to have an in-person hearing with NHL officials today, according to the Post-Gazette.
