The ACC is moving to an 18-game league schedule for the 2012-13 men’s basketball season, and on Wednesday the conference announced the slate Virginia will have to go through as it pursues a second straight NCAA tournament berth.

The Cavaliers start ACC play with a prime-time matchup against North Carolina at John Paul Jones Arena on Jan. 6, one of at least nine times next season that Virginia will appear on national television.
