But the people at Funny or Die may have outdone the former president when they enlisted Ben Stiller, Sean Penn, Matt Damon — and even Clinton himself — for a video spoofing the Clinton Foundation.

As the “Celebrity Division,” the philanthropic stars put their heads together to come up with fundraising ideas. The results are questionable.

Kristen Wiig suggests a Global Breathing Initiative, where every earthling would hold his or her breath for one minute everyday to reduce carbon output. Damon thinks a softball league would be beneficial. Penn just wants people to stop stealing his lunch.

Kevin Spacey also gets to show off his dynamite Clinton impression, until he gets busted by the former prez.
