Previous awards show red carpets and movie premieres have established an important fact: No one amps up the drama for photographers quite like Lea Michele.

But on the red carpet at this year’s Golden Globes, Ms. Rachel Berry ran into some serious posing competition from Paula Patton, co-star of “Mission: Impossible — Ghost Protocol” and a woman who, quite possibly, pulled a crucial vamping muscle as a result of her efforts Sunday night.
