The perpetually troubled actress was back in court again today after she tested positive for alcohol while under house arrest. TMZ reports that Judge Stephanie Sautner ruled that Lohan’s prior judge, Elden Fox, only required controlled substance testing from Jan. 3 to Feb. 25. Lohan will no longer be tested for drugs and alcohol because there is no court order.

Sautner, who previously allowed Lohan to serve time outside of a prison cell for her probation violation stemming from an alleged necklace theft case, ruled that the 24-year-old can only have one friend at her Venice Beach home at a time. “If you’re in violation I don’t see it. You are guilty of extremely of poor judgment,” Sautner said according to E! News.

Lohan will now return to her 3,000 square foot home to serve the remainder of her sentence.
