Madonna shows off ‘Gangnam Style’ skills; Justin Bieber allegedly tries to win back Selena Gomez

Madonna brought Psy onstage during her show last night at Madison Square Garden and then demonstrated that she too can do the “Gangnam Style” pony move. And with that, the “Gangnam Style” craze officially reached its apex and trotted away into the good night with Madonna’s “Lucky Star” phase by its side. (Associated Press)

According to the New York Daily News, Justin Bieber has made “several gallant attempts” to win back Selena Gomez following their breakup. Based on what’s in the story, those gallant attempts supposedly include constantly texting her and inviting her to dinner with a ton of other people. Perhaps I have set too high a bar for the word “gallant.” (New York Daily News)

PETA is really upset that there were caged wolves at the “ Twilight: Breaking Dawn Part 2” premiere party Monday. Imagine how mad PETA will be when they realize those same wolves were allowed to imprint on babies. (E! Online)

The unidentified man who claimed that he and Kevin Clash — the puppeteer who brings Elmo to life on “Sesame Street” — had a sexual relationship has recanted his version of events. Via his lawyers, the man said the relationship did not occur when he was a minor, as he initially contended. Rather, it was consensual and occurred when both were legal adults, corroborating Clash’s previously stated version of events. (Associated Press)

So Janeane Garofalo was apparently married to “Big Bang Theory” producer Rob Cohen for 20 years, but neither of them realized it until recently, when they had to get divorced so Cohen could marry his current fiancee. This is what happens when you get drunk in the 1990s and say “I do” at a drive-through chapel in Las Vegas. (New York Post)
