The network announced plans Thursday to create a series of music biopics, beginning with one about TLC, the super-trio consisting of Rozanda Thomas, Tionne Watkins and the late Lisa Lopes.

Watkins and Thomas — who reportedly filed for bankruptcy last month — are both on board as consultants and executive producers. “What’s Love Got To Do with It” and “Glitter” screenwriter Kate Lanier will pen the script.

There’s plenty of material to work with from the “Waterfalls” group’s history, from filing for bankruptcy to Left Eye’s tragic death in 2002. The question is, who will play the women? To me, Lopes will be the most difficult to cast. Lady wore a prophylactic over her eye and still looked good. Share your casting ideas in the comments.
