- Alt-indie-jam-band-rock superstars My Morning Jacket have a new album, “Circuital,” coming out May 31 and NPR has the title track for your listening pleasure, all seven minutes and 19 seconds of it. They are also streaming five live cuts, one from each of the band’s previous albums. And “Circuital” will be streamed in its entirety on May 31.

- Former Florida governer Charlie Crist has settled a lawsuit with former Talking Heads frontman David Byrne, brought about due to Crist’s unauthorized use of the Talking Heads song “Road to Nowhere” during Crist’s 2010 campaign. Terms of the settlement were not disclosed, but Crist did offer up an awkward video apology.

- Baltimore club hero Blaqstarr is back with a new mixtape. M.I.A., Mos Def and Diplo are among the guests. Grab it at his Web site.
