Maroon 5 snubs Fox News; New Leonard Cohen album on the way; Springsteen memorabilia headed to Monmouth University

- Leonard Cohen will release a new album next year with the not-so-promising title “Old Ideas.” The 77-year-old singer announced the news on Wednesday in the northern Spanish town of Oviedo where he was collecting an award for his writing.

- If you’re really, really into the Boss, you might want to plan a road trip to New Jersey’s Monmouth University. The Asbury Park Public Library has announced that it’s moving its cumbersome collection of Bruce Springsteen memorabilia to the neighboring university — and the Post’s Campus Overload blog has some of the details.
