Three men face murder charges in the December shooting death of a Northwest Washington man, police said.
Police responding to the 1100 block of 21st St. NE about 6:33 p.m. on Dec. 3 found Steven Curtis Moore, 36, suffering from gunshot wounds. He was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead, according to police.
On Wednesday, authorities arrested Stanley Moghalu, 25; Kevin Charles, 21; and Johnnie Harris, 20; in the slaying. All were charged m with first-degree murder while armed, police said.
