D.C. police investigate fatal shooting of Forestville man

D.C. homicide detectives are investigating the fatal shooting of a Forestville man Friday night in the 3700 block of 37th Street SE.

Police received a call at 9:21 p.m. for a report of a shooting. When officers arrived, they found a person, later identified as Brian Andre Proctor, 41, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.

No other information was available. Police are offering a $25,000 reward for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of anyone involved in the case. Police ask anyone with information about this case to call (202) 727-9099.
