D.C. police say man exposed self to school children

D.C. police arrested a man Friday who they said had exposed himself to children, who had reported the incident to their school principal earlier this month.

Kwame Booker, 22, was charged with five counts of indecent exposure to a minor and was ordered detained by a D.C. Superior Court judge until his detention hearing Wednesday.

D.C. police said the incident occurred Oct. 1 about 7:50 a.m. in the 700 block of Kenyon Street NW near Georgia Avenue south of Petworth. Police said their investigation led to an arrest warrant that was served Friday.
