D.C. police seek help investigating April homicide

D.C. police detectives are asking for the public’s help with the investigation of a man’s death last April in Northeast.

The medical examiner recently ruled that Aaron Timothy Henderson, 36, was killed by blunt force trauma to the head. On April 18, police arrived in the 1500 block of Oates Street NE shortly after midnight and found Henderson unconscious and suffering from an apparent head injury.

He was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

The D.C. police department is offering a reward of up to $25,000 for information leading to an arrest and conviction in the case. Anyone with information should call 202-727-9099.
