Food dispute leads to homicide in PG

A 19-year-old man was arrested in connection with a fatal shooting that followed an argument over food, Prince George's County Police said.

Police said Oliver Gregson Davis, 29, of Capitol Heights was found shot to death Saturday in his house in the 700 block of Glacier Avenue.

They said Travis Everett Hoskins, who lived in the same house, was arrested Sunday in the shooting. Police said he was charged with first-degree murder.

According to police the two men “were arguing over food” before the shooting occurred. Further details of the dispute were not immediately known.
