ANNAPOLIS, Md. — A teenager who was on trial for a slaying during botched robbery and was scheduled to be tried for another killing has pleaded guilty to both crimes.
Eighteen-year-old Vincent Bunner of Pasadena pleaded guilty Thursday to first-degree murder in the deaths of Misael Flores and Youssef Kamal Earian Attia.
Prosecutors will seek two life sentences in April.
The Capital of Annapolis reports that Bunner’s trial in the Flores slaying had begun Tuesday. Flores had been at Mr. Wings & Pizza in Glen Burnie on Nov. 12, 2010, when Bunner and three friends tried to rob the shop. Flores was shot twice in the chest.
Bunner was set to go on trial in July in Attia’s shooting death Aug. 9, 2010 at a 7-Eleven in Glen Burnie.
