BALTIMORE — A Baltimore grand jury has indicted a man and woman from Anne Arundel County in a hit-and-run crash that killed two teenage girls.

The indictment charges 28-year-old Reuben Dunn of Severn, who surrendered to authorities on Tuesday, with two counts each of automobile manslaughter and leaving the scene of an accident that resulted in death and one count of driving under the influence of alcohol.

Twenty-six-year-old Kendra Myles, who was arrested last week, is charged with accessory after the fact.

Police say 16-year-old Courtney Angeles and 17-year-old Emerald Smith were hit in June while crossing Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard near Pigtown and died. The car was stopped a short time later and police say the officer detained the occupants after noticing damage to the car.
